Self-evaluation:

What role did you take on in the group?

I came up with ideas for our product and tried to develop ideas that others came up with.

How well do you think you performed in the role(s)?

I believe I helped everyone progress with ideas that we all came up with together.

How well do you think you worked as a group?

We were a very effective group, respecting each others ideas and trying to improve on them.

What were the positives of working in a group?

We didn't settle on one idea, we had better development which lead to a more solid idea.

What were the negatives of working in a group?

Sometimes we were a little too polite which resulted in our designing and decision making taking more time than necessary.

What will you do differently next time?

Try and increase delegation, allowing everyone to work with their ideas.

Where could you have improved your resolution?

We should have carried out some research into what people would have wanted, through questionnaires and surveys.

What were the strengths of your presentation?

With only one key speaker it flowed well and the messages were coherent and not repeated. We showed our development of our ideas which explained the way we had thought about solving our problem.
